We offer free delivery on all of our consumables. 95% of items are in stock and will be despatched the

 same day by 1st class post or courier (depending on size of order).

Our cut off time for orders is 3.30pm mon - fri. If you order after this time your goods may still be despatched the same day but we cannot guarantee this.

If a product should prove to be faulty (it can happen, but thankfully not often), please contact us straight away and we will of course replace or refund the item for you.
